Easily Cracked Internal Display

I have encountered many people with a cracked internal display. In their concern they seem to always say, "i didn't even drop it or anything." Evidently, any pressure (even if its in your pocket and you're just leaning against something) can cause the crystal to break. Each customer denies any fault and there are reasons to make that lie but why would every customer have that same explaination? I am a skeptic that it is entirely the customers fault. Therefore, could there be a "pressure point" or "weak spot" in the construction to make this phone easily damaged. If anyone could help me figure out what is happening to my customers phones or a better way to caution them, please respond.

Thank you
