7130e Locking up

I have been having problems lately where out of nowhere the phone will lock up and have a spinning hour glass for 10 - 15 minutes. It is like it is rebooting. once it is done doing its thing I have to unlock my phone to use it again.

Any suggestions what to do or why this is happening???????
