Has anyone had the situation come up where they activated their email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), then lose your voice plan? I have been on the phone with Sprint (7130e phone) for over 3 hours today and no one can figure out what has happened. Strange that my phone worked perfectly for 2 weeks when I was using it for voice calls and SMS only, then I lose the ability to make or receive calls immediately after my company's IT dept. sets up the phone to receive my company emails. Emails come through fine now, but when I attempt to make a call the phone says I can only make emergency calls....and all incoming calls go straight to voice mail. Sprint's Blackberry support team has no clue so any insight I could get would be great. Thanks!
