Unit Not Turning Off and Hard Reset Frequency
I would definitely contact Verizon and advise them that you would like to speak to their dat support group & advised them of the issue you are having. The *228 function should only have to be done once a month and doing a hard reset twice a week is way too much and should only be done as a last resort.
