Customizing Icons?

The user's manual indicates that you can hide and rearrange the icons on the homescreen (by selecting "homescreen" under device options), but I'm unable to find any such choice.

Can anyone help?

Mike,
At homescreen hold Alt key (lowest left) and click wheel. You'll get prompt to move or hide application, or show all.
