Compatible w/ HandsFreeLink - Acura?
The other 7000 series phones are compatible (from Sprint & Cingular), but I have struggled to find a smartphone from Verizon that will work. Anyone know?

as far as using the phone to make calls, you shouldn't have a problem with that. whether or not it will read all you contacts from your phone however is another story.

i got the phone today and was able to make calls by speaking the number. any idea how i attempt to access the contacts from the phone directly?

unfortunately no, i have no idea. maybe check with acura and see if that is an option, hopefully you will find someone who is savvy.
