Sucky Sprint Policy

As a 5 year user of Sprint I went to the sprint store to upgrade my sanyo 8100 to the A940. Just as Im about to sign the new 2 yr contract they tell me that I will have to pay a $36 fee. If I had new service via the web they waive the fee but if you are a loyal customer the charge you. Thus, I walked away from the phone.

They also forgot to tell you that they will no longer waive the activation fee on add-a-lines, which will now be $18 dollars per line. The only way to not get charged the activation is to come from Nextel.
