Two hours is not a lot of time to get aquainted with a phone that has so many features, don't you think?
While I don't know where you live, my reception is better than my last phone, and it had a retractable antenna.
The USB cable is for connecting to your computer to use the phone as a modem. I too am hoping that they will have some software available to manage contacts and files. But that's why they included an SD adapter for the TransFlash card. If you have a card reader, you can transfer files that way.
As far as the camera, I think it's pretty decent. but you can't judge the quality of the pictures by looking at them on the phone. The true quality of the pics will be better displayed on a computer.
As for only God knowing how the Bluetooth works, if you read the instructions, you will know how it works too. Mine works flawlessly with the headset I picked up last night, and I've also paired it to my PC with no problem.
