Unfortunately, limited availability, and some other thoughts...

I have heard that this and the Sanyo 9000 (even more so) will be very limited availability at Sprint stores. We are only getting 2 of the Sanyo's and 5 of the Samsungs as there will be even newer EVDO phones coming out. They WILL be available to order however...

Worried about "flimsey-ness" of this phone? Well, get ESRP on it for $3/month and we can take care of you in the store. Besides, you will have to pay for ANY service in store without it anyway...

Look out for a Samsung EVDO RAZR type phone in a few months. I saw it the other day and it ROCKS!

How does one order the phone and keep your same number?

You go to your Sprint store, ask if they have it and if not they order it for you. Once it comes in they simply swap serial numbers.

Some dude on ebay is doing the Sanyo 9000 for new activations/line for $99, with no activation fee. Legit, i got the A940 from him the next day! The BLADE fone drop'n December 1st, and although ppl gonna say it's a copycat of the RAZR, samsung had FCC approval of the SCH-V740 (BLADE) before the first RAZR. I'm a guy, and i feel the thin fones are targeted toward the ladies, so yea, i'd go for the A940, the best Sprint fone out!
