You're full of it. This is definitely an upgrade. Do a side by side comparison, and then understand that this is a mid-range handset.

1. This phone has 15 FPS vs the NO FPS in the 8200...the 8200 has more of a Frames Per Minute then a Frames Per Second.
2. The 8200 has 1 MB of Memory...trust me I have one...(thinking of getting the 8300 instead) the 8300 has 2 MB
3. 30 more minutes of Talktime..and trust me..this is important..I work at a theme park...and I cant pull my cell phone out while in the park...unless its closed..which I do..and I could use an extra 30 mins of talktime
4. Multimedia Function...
5. Like I said I have the 8200 and it has HORRIBLE reception..I can be on I-75 in Ohio and only have 2 bars out of 4, my dad has the VM-4500 and he gets 4 bars most of the time...which im hoping to find that strong of reception in the MM-...

this is the best phone that I have ever had I have dropped it over 25 times and its still ticking not including dropping it in a giant tub of water and drying it out everything still works perfect I recommend this phone to anyone, best value on the market.
...anyway, isn't it like one of the best phones offerred from cingular?

I never said this phone does anything for me. It doesn't. I'm just pointing out it's a mid-range model. Nothing more.
