"No Power" on screen -- but phone is on!

by florida1995    Sep 9, 2008, 12:40 PM

Turned on my phone this morning and there's a yellow rectangle in the upper left corner of the screen inside the clamshell with the words "No Power" inside! Funny thing is, the phone is turned on, screen saver works after 30 seconds, camera turns on, etc., but when I try to call/text/take photo, a prompt screen informs me that I need to turn the phone on!

Called Sprint -- they have no record of this phone ever doing this. I took out the battery for 10 minutes, still says No Power in upper left screen.

Ideas? Has anyone ever heard of this happening?
