V325 shell

Does anyone know for sure what the metal in the v325 is. is it aluminum?

Chances are it's some type of alloy that uses aluminum, but I doubt it's pure Al. I know it's not ferrous, I use a magnetic holder and it doesn't attract the phone at all.
