I was playing w/ this phone yesterday at the verizon store and could not figure out if you can increase or decrease the speakerphone volume. I set the "master volume" to as high as it went but the speaker still seemed low.
Also in all the demo models at the store there was no lens cover over the camera, is this the way the phone is? I cant imagine it is good for the phone when dirt and stuff get inside of it.

Being a photographer I was concerned about a lens cover, too. But look around, I only saw one model with a lens cover, and my V325 takes far better pics than that one! The lens on the V325 is recessed, which I feel is the next best thing to a lens cover. It may get dirty, but at least I can't put my fingers all over it and its not likely to get scratched.
Maybe you can only adjust the speaker volume while in a call. I just tried it out for your sake, and had no problems using the side volume buttons.
