is it worth it?
I'm thinking about buying this phone but before I do I have a few quick questions about it. For the mp3's, do i have to buy them specially for a cell phone or can I just put a song from a CD on there? and secondly, can you make a voice recording and set that as a ring tone? Thanks!

Yes you can make a voice recording and set it as a ring tone. If it doesn't come out loud enough, put the phone into the speaker phone mode (this boosts the mic)and record it that way. I can't help you with the MP3 question, sorry.

You can record songs from your CD player and play them, but there is a one minute time limit per song before the phone times out (while recording), and there is no volume control for playing them back (they all come out rather loud), and you cannot play them with the flip closed. ☹️ 😡
