Motorola V323 / V325 / V323i / V325i

Is there or will there ever be any software updates. I have a family plan and have 5 phones. Recently I convinced all 5 of family members to purchase the 325i. Having had cell phones for a few years now i am finding that compared to others, the 325 is very user UN-friendly. 12- 16 steps just to set the alarm- if there is s schedule change on the calander it is impossible to just change the date with out deleting everything and re-entering.- many, many issues that I am stuck with now that I do not have with this phone which I had with others. can someone give me some hope?
