I really want VZ Navigator, but even more important is the outlook sync. I want to be able to link my contacts and schedule with outlook so I dont have to punch in the same information twice all the time. I hear it can be done with the usb and software... but I have also heard people are having issues. Is mototools the software to get? Success stories? Issues? If this stuff doesnt work well, Ill be forced togo with a smartphone.

I really like this phone otherwise and might consider upgrading to the V325i to get Bluetooth capability if I can make the calendar sync function work.
