Anyone know how to keep the inside display lit as long as the flip is open, instead of going black after 20 sec max? Also the number lights?

Also, I was told at the store that its bad for the battery to keep it plugged in after charging is complete (overnight), but the manual says in bold that it's not bad for the battery. Is this just a way to get you to ruin your battery over time and have to buy a new one?

Is the extended battery a worthwhile purchase?

Thanks for any help,
Jim

To keep the display lit for about one minute is the best I can do to help you. Go to menu, settings and tools, initial setup, brightness. Change the brightness from zero up to any other number (1-6) hit the ok soft key to save it. You will notice that your display will stay on to about one minute. This will not effect the back light on the keypad.

As far as leaving the charger hooked up, I see no reason to unhook it after it is charged. It stops charging after it reaches a full capacity anyway.
