Also, how many "ghosts" are in this phone, and which versions/upgrade/software options fix all these bugs? Thanx.

You can buy it at Verizon (via phone or in store) for $250 plus tax (no shipping). If you're looking for your safest option that's it; no problems getting full warranty service for 1 year, and you can return within 15 days.

You joke about ebaY for this but if you want one that is brand spanking new and exactly as you would get from VZW for about $50 less please write me back and I'll send you the ebaY link. Got mine from this vendor last and am 100% satisfied.

I got my V325, also brand new from and Ebay merchant. This merchant had about 70 left at a buy-it-now price of about $50 less than at Verizon. It had never been activated, so I had to call Verizon on the phone to activate it (could not do it online). Verizon rep said it qualifies for the one year warranty, and can be serviced at their stores. The only thing it doesn't have is the 15 day return policy.
The phone is among the 2 or 3 best phones that Verizon offers now. It's not quite as good as the E815, but the size is better, and it had great reception and call clarity. I wish the volume was as good as the E815, but, it's an acceptable level, esp. with a headset.

How about just posting the link you folks have been using via ebay? I'd prefer to go w/ someone that other people have had success with, so it would be appreciated. Thank in advance.

Yes could you please post whom you are getting these phones from? I found an authrozied agent who is selling one for $215 and I get a $50 MRI, so only $165. But we shall see which is better. Thanx man.

Thanks for the tip! Based on your recommendation above - I purchased a V325 from wirelesspro on ebay tonight. They are even offering free overnight Fed Ex upgrade so it will mail tomorrow and be at my doorstep Wed morning. Gotta love that. There are several sellers on ebay so it was nice to be able to find one that someone else has had good experience with.
