On the test site, says the price'll be:

$79 w/a 2-yr contract (including a $50 online discount, otherwise, $129)
$179 w/a 1-yr contract

There's also somethin' bout a limited time $20 discount if you buy w/a 2yr contract 'today only':

Since its a test site, 'today only' may not mean TODAY.

I saw this as well after reading a thread in HowardForums a few days ago. What exactly is this test website though? I don't understand the purpose of it. And if it is supposed to be what the regular website will be in a few days, how come the RAZR is not on it? I went through the website and it looks like you can actually order service. I went as far as just before hitting the submit button for the order.

I check vw.com today (the real one) and it had that $20 promotion for only today. So I'm guessing that just got carried over into the test site.
With that price, I think I'm gonna go with the V330 from T-mobile, especially since it's free and only a 1 year contract (switching from pre-pay so you know I hate contracts with a passion).

Good luck wit' that. I'm very happy wit' Verizon, but if fo' some reason I couldn't have Verizon, I'd strongly consider T-mobile. They got good prices, good customer service.

Only real dings 'gainst 'em is that they don' have quite as much coverage, an' some peeps say that the reception indoors with 'em ain't all that (probably 'cus they're mostly 1900MHz). But you got a 15-day trial period to check all that stuff out, so there's zero risk in tryin' 'em.

Yea, I like the short contract, free phone, and the ability to freely transfer pics, mp3s, games, etc. with just the usb, etc.
With VW, you have to use get-it-now or the web to email pics, etc. Just seems sometimes like they always charge for everything. Otherwise, I've been happy with VW.

A test site is jus' a web developer thing. Its a site that the general public don' have access to (well they're not s'posed to anyway, lol), but lets the web dev guys 'dry run' the whole thing, to make sure everythin's workin' b4 they go live. So it ain' suprisin' that it gots full functionality.

Don' know why the RAZR ain' on the test site yet.. verizon had a press release out today sayin' you'd be able to order the RAZR online by Wednesday. Cuttin' it close..

It's on the B2B site as well. Just ordered one! I would have guessed $129 since it was $39 with the corporate discount.
