Easy question..

What is the difference between the 323 and 325? Is it just different model numbers between VW and USCell or is there an actual difference?

The V325 is the model dedicated for VZW. The V323 will go to everyone else. The phones appear identical except for exterior treatment and various firmware modifications VZW made to suit their service.
