Just wondering what it will roughly be starting out. Trying to decide between a V276 and this and it looks like my wallet will be deciding. If anybody knows or has a rough guesstimate, I'd appreciate it. Thanks 🙂

Hey There,

I had the same question over on the main Verizon forum and this is the answer I got in reply:

I'd avoid the V276 an' go wit' the V325 if its a choice 'tween the two.

The V276 has a tiny lil' screen an' is based on the V260/V265, a pretty unreliable phone that seems to die on people a lot. Moto does occasionally make a dud, that would be one of 'em.

Yea, well, I thought as I read the reviews, it seems the V276 is fine while I heard that the V260/66/ etc. were always dying.
That big screen on the 323/5 is the one reason I'm thinking of holding out for it.

The V276 is just a V260/265 with a higher-quality (but still tiny) screen an' a new 'gray' color. Very little difference 'tween the two, theyre pretty much the same phone.

Wouldn't put much stock in any V276 reviews yet, 'cus the V276 variant only came out 3 months ago. The reviews for the V260/265 were good too when they first came out, 'cus the phones hadn't had enough time to develop any problems. But 8-12 months later.. BOOM, tons of 'em started dyin'.

So its too early to tell yet whether the V276 solved the quality problem of the V260/265, or if it was jus' a cosmetic/features refresh. It's a dice roll.

Oh really? Thanks for the tip. I figured they came out a lot earlier than that, and yea, you're probably right they haven't had enough time. I guess the new screen, chance of improved quality, and new charging port (right?) on this phone should keep me waiting. Not like it's far away now, like 5 days.
Thanks again. 😎
