Yes, but WCDMA 2100 is not used in North America. Cingular is the only WCDMA operator here and they are on 1900 and 850 MHz. As such the phone's CDMA capabilities only work when you are overseas (roaming, for example).

I am not sure if you are aware of it, but CDMA usually refers to Qualcomm's set of standards (cdmaOne, CDMA2000, etc, used by Sprint PCS, VZW, Telus, etc), which is different from WCDMA. The two are totally incompatible.
