Ok so here it is.
I bought the phone from Ritz camera because it is not offered to employees or anybody through t-mobile.
The camera is excellent for a phone. Using the highest image mode, the pictures turned out excellent when there is sufficient lighting. The flash doesn't really provide enough lighting to reduce pixelization when in incandescent lighting or outside at night. I cannot say terrible things about it, considering it is a camera built into a phone. The video quality is what blew me away. It has superb quality and motion even at the highest settings. i have some issues with the bars too, but sound quality is the same as perfect and as the same as my 7610 and 3230, its good and bars dont really mean that much if you can still hear or surf the web. its still a great phone.

The problem is people are grading the phone based on rating it as a "digital camera". The phone is excellent. It has tons of options available on it, and why critics focus on it only as a camera is why the reviews are so biased and lacking. Five-star phone IMO. I have handled one, not for long, but I will own one next week. WI-FI, MP3, MP4, Bluetooth, 2mp Camera, .pdf and several other files, outlook, PC Suite software, etc etc etc... This phone is total 1337ness.
