The reason why the us gets shafted is because of market. Every person in the us is looking for the best phone for free. We are too cheap to buy any phone out right.. Everyone comes in a store asking and looking for a razr but noone ever purchases it after hearing about the price.

WCDMA phone are great, but will we ever see a QuandBand GSM with DualBand WCMDA?.. To answer your question the nokia 6630 does just that
