wcdma compliant?

will this operate on the FCC's 3G spectrum, or Europes?

The 3G WCDMA band will only work on Europes 3G bands because it is 2100 mhz. The U.S. doesn't have dedicated 3G spectrum yet but the FCC is working on it.
