I got frustrated with the seller(THEY SUCK!!) 
and got nothing but automated replies...I FINALLY just gave up,..i mean, it just wasn't worth the cost to send it back!!!(i think they count on that!) 
so..here's the solution,..
I found a very inexpensive usb card reader
it comes with a cable,..just plug it in,..and transfer all your files that way,..then simply put the card back into your phone,..VOILA!!!
