I have the Kyocera Slider remix and I can not hear out of my ear piece. The caller can hear me but I can't hear them. I have to use my speaker phone to talk on the phone. THis is actually my daughters phone and she did not get insurance on the phone when she bought it and "cricket" will not add insurance after you buy the phone. I took it to a cell phone repair store but they can not find the part for the phone. Can anyone help!!! All I need is the part ( ear mic or ear speaker) thanks
