umm 1st of all Virgin is only prepaid. plus, what is this about cingular??? you cant use this phone on cingular because of incompatible technology. But if you dont use the phone much, i wouldnt get Verizon (their cheapest plan is $40 per month for 400 peak minutes) try Sprint's $30 per month fair and flexible plan. sprint has free camera phones too
