$79.99?!? Worth It?

Very Happy well, im excited to say the least, im looking at buying the razr or this phone, which was always so expensive, and it has now come down... so i think ill buy it - but does anyone know why it has come down in price?

Also, has anyone figured out the MP3 Ringtone situation? Can you get it to work?
Can you save pictures to wallpapers? how?
