Samsung SCH-A970
CAMCORDER TROUBLE!
Hey everyone,
I just bought Verizon's Samsung 970 yesterday. Everytime I conduct a test with camcorder lens toward me, I notice that my lips always move before I hear the sound come out of my mouth. It's like watching an old Chinese movie. Does anyone else have this problem? I've already swapped the phone out so I have another new one. Both 970s have done the same thing. I'm so disappointed, I've waited since June for this phone's release. HELP!!!!

Yes there is an issue with the audio/video sync.
Samsung is aware of the issue and they are currently working on a fix.
I submitted and email to Samsung today and they responded within 2 hours. I was amazed since yesterday I was on hold for 1-1/2 hours! My suggestion is to use email and let Samsung have a detailed written report of the issues you may be having. I did, it is included below. Attach a word document as well.

1. Camcorder – Audio/Video not in sync. – Working on Software update
2. Outer screen seems hard to read, I changed the wallpaper to a bright white, Samsung is aware of the complaints.
3. Changing the contact # to a different default # doe...

Thanks for the tips! I couldn't imagine that I was the only one having trouble with the camcorder even though Verizon reps told me that no one has complained about the phone.
