I was recently notified by a Bell representative that the LG 6200 had a defect in receiving photos. He stated he heard about it months ago, so he phoned the head office and inquired. They said they are only giving a credit of $250 when you sign a new three year contract for the problem. I believe, tell me if I am wrong if there is a defect then Bell or LG should have notified there customers about it. I believe they should replace the phones with new ones, since the one you signed the contract with was defective. When you buy something you expect it to work they way they tell it will work, if not rectify the problem but not by saying if you sign with us again for three years then we will fix your problem. I was going to use the phone until it did not work any more so for me to have to sign another three year deal is out of the question. Is there anyone out there that has any suggestions for me?
