Does anyone know where I can get a cord for the pc and software for 5200? Tried handset manager for 6100 but will not send to phone, bitpim doesn't read either? 😢

I got an extra battery, USB data cable, Car Charger and additional home charger on Ebay for $5.99!

Suprisingly good quality too. I don't use the extra battery, just keep it charged so I can take it on trips.

the USB cable didn't come with any PC software, so i'm still hunting for that.

The Ebay member i purchased it from was called BarginCell.

If anyone knows where i can get the Software only, please post it!

Thanks!

I have pretty much the same problem with bitpim not connecting to the p...

BitPIM is working fine for me under Windows once I found the drivers. The Linux usb/serial recognizes the phone and I can make calls with it but I haven't found any diagnostics port drivers yet to get BitPIM working there. So for the time being I have to copy my data to my office pc and after rebooting to get XP's USB working each time I can get it working. If your using XP remember that USB support has been really messed up since windows 2000 so you may need to uninstall/reinstall drivers and reboot a few times before it will get detected and always use the same USB port for the cable.
