From someone who uses the f7200

Sep 26, 2005, 4:16 PM
I received my Lg F7200 last week for training for my employees. Having used it here are my opinions. The phone lacks for features, I use bluetooth devices of all types and must have it which means i won't be using the f7200 for long. Its a decent phone with a short talk time batt. I like the slide features, it is smooth and durable (so far) unlike the siemens sl56. I dislike the lack of data ports, there is no easy way to transfer data to and from the phone which means the only way to get ringtones is to buy them. The push to talk feature is sufficient. I never saw the reason for this feature outside of businesses. I will say that I was supprised at its speed. There is no delay, and if there is any it is less than a second. No came...

The Samsung D357(the phone all employees will be recieving for free) is a flip phone with PTT and Bluetooth and supports MP3 Ringtones. So there is your solution. You should recieve the phone before the month is over as all Cingular employess are.

Do you think all Cingular employees are getting a free one or just the employees in the retail stores?

All company owned retail employees are getting a Samsung SGH-D357. As far as I know that's it. No word on dealers or indirects, my guess would be no.

Ok. Just thought I would ask. I work in a call center for Cingular. It would be nice if they gave them to the call center employees to.
