I cannot retrieve my phone's voice messages from a land line phone. I was told to dial my # and then either the star or pound key and I would be asked to enter a password and I would get the messages...well NO, it will not work! I've got this information above from whom ever it was that answers the customer service phones at net 10! Anyone got any ideas? Please....thanks.

You were told the correct procedure - call yourself, and enter # or * when you hear your greeting - # or *, depending on the phone.

There is no reason you can't do this from a land line. I used to do it all the time, and it did not burn up the tracfone's minutes.

GracefulMuffin:
Maybe you need to call customer service again (YUK!) and get them to refer the problem to the technicians (if Net10 has any). Their CS might be as lousey as TracFone's CS - it takes many phone calls and/or letters to get TracFone to do anything for their customers.
