Bluesoleil with vx9800
I went on eBay and bought a USB Bluetooth dongle and it has software with it that installed on my computer. Not so odd - yet. The interface is called Bluesoleil ... info can be obtained here:

I can't however get the ftp portion of it to work. The help files indicate that I have to enable some sort of sharing on the phone but I'm not sure how to do that.
The software detects the phone, it can be paired up fine but I cannot get it to xfer data back and forth from the computer to the phone through the bluetooth connection ....
I think that is all the important info .... any help would be appreciated.

Do you use verizon? Verizon has crippled the Bluetooth feature that interfaces with computers. Verizon Bluetooth only works with headsets. The best way to sync your phone is to use a data cable. There is a program that syncs your data and enables ringtones to be transfered but the name slips me at this time you should be able to find that easily in other threads.
