Moving contacts from Dell Axim to vx9800?

Just bought VX 9800. I have all my phone numbers etc on my Dell Axim right now. Is there any way to easily transfer them to the phone? (I see an option on the Axim to "export to xml." Does this provide a way?)

I think I've got the answer to my problem. I can synch my Axim (PDA) with Outlook and then I can synch the V with Outlook as well, using the USB cable and Phonebook Management Software that Verizon sells.

Any better ideas, please let me know,
