I was reading through some of the threads and it seems that you know all the loops around the VX9800. I just got one this week and wanted to try and put some movies on my 1 gig card. I already have about 227 songs in there and have also converted some of those songs into ringtones. I was wondering if you could please help me with all you know the 9800. What programs do I need to see movies on my LG VX9800?

Thanks in advance for all the help..

Heres my e-mail in case you want to email me something. silverjd_8100@yahoo.com

Thanks, Again

Hey jmdizzle,

I got the first step done and now am doing the second step. But, I have a question on the second step. After the file is converted, is there going to be a lot of file that i need to put in the memory card or is there going to be just one file that will play the whole movie? Cause I have like 8 files that need to go into the card and each one will play one part of the movie. Let me know what am doing wrong or if its the correct way.

Are you talking about the dvd ripping program? because it kinda sounds like you are and yes you did it wrong unless you wanted to put the movies in chapter like that.

If your talking about the converter, then if you put a full length dvd and not seperate files then it should come out the same dvd just smaller.

Where you find the movie and what to click. It is found in the C drive

If that doesn't help you look back at that howards forum page I sent you in the email and look at the screen shots of the dvd dycrypting ...

Hey jmdizzle,

The problem that am having is that, i go and drop the file into the 3gp converter and after that is done. I can not find the file where i told it to save it. Before that i was having trouble with the DVD Decrypter, some of the settings were wrong and thats way i was getting more than one file of VTS_01_1.VOB. and I had to drop 8 of those files into the 3gp converter. And thats way i was getting 8 23 minutes clips of the movie. This is was i mention earlier in the other post.

Hope thats clear and please help me on the 3gp converter.

Thanks...

I sent eddy along with everyone pretty much the same email with this link, just further directions on what they wanted to do. But read through this thread and all of fletch33's post and that's pretty much everything you need to know. If you have any questions after that then ask me.

ok I will try that and see if that works. Another thing when I run 3GP Converter I run the Setup first and then 3GP Converter and do the RUN option or the Exract All option.

Let me know, Thanks....

You run setup then 3gp and run option? Are we talking about the same program. You open up the 3gp converter and drop a file in there and let it go.
