My ringer volume seems to be pretty low, does anyone know of any non complicated ways to make the ringer louder?

Typically there isnt much you can do. If you just got the phone, take it back to the store and exchange it out and see if that helps. The only other thing is to download the ring files using bitpim and using an audio program make them louder and then reuploading them back to the phone.
