Web audio?

Does this phone support web audio, like being able to listen to a feed from an online radio station?

Can you listen to music via the headphone jack?

No audio web streaming.

Headphones need adapter.

Beware -- not just any adapter -- you need a 4 wire adapter (one that has 3 rings on it separating the 4 contact rings) -- one for each channel (left and right), the common and one for the mic. Just getting a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter is likely to leave you with only one channel of audio in the headphones.
