MONO?!

Yes im back to annoy you with more dumb questions...now tell me...I bought a staero 3/34 to 1/8 head phone adapter so i could listen to the MP3's on a normal head phone set...now when I put it in sounds only comes out of one speaker...did I get screwed at radio shack or with the phone becuase its a stereo phone..hense the stereo speakers inside it...could someone help me.

i tried the same thing 2 months ago and got the same result..my guy told me u need an adapter with 3 black lines on it (like my 2.5 headphone earpiece). i looked for adpaters at radio shacks and couldnt find any help with that issue. u can try to find a decent 2.5 headset, or try an adpater from this site

ur runnign ur chances though with them being compatible but i guess its worth a shot

I have the Jabra C120s and they worked great on my 8100. Do they work on the 9800?

Yes they do. Sorry about that I should have said that as a statement. I was letting some of the others know that they work.

Yah i tried the same thing about a week ago and it happened to me. The people at radioshack do not know anything. I actual had to find the adapter myself!

I heard on howard forums that the convertor at the cingular store for the rock E1 works perferctly for the lg vx9800.

but even when/if I get it is it loud like at all or is its really quite when it comes though the head phones

verizon has two options that work fine. one with the call answer end button and one without. you have to look under the 8100 acc instead of the 9800 for some reason. should work fine though.
