ringer volume
I love this phone but my only problems is the ringer volume. Is this normal to all 9800's?

I am unclear as to what you are asking. What is wrong with your volume? Is it too loud, not loud enough, do you not know how to change the ringer vollume? Please specify.

If you still dont think it is loud enough even on high, I would take it into the store. The ringer turned all the way up should be plenty loud for you to hear it. Maybe it is defective on your phone.

the factory ringers on this phone are very low i found. I bought it as soon as it came out (i am an indirect dealer of Verizon). I thought it may be defective too, but then i tested out a downloaded ringer from sony music box to see if it improved with other ringers, and it in fact did. those are extremely loud. We can use my phone as a boombox if we wanted here at work.
