9800 Business Card Reader?!?!?
I Searched this forum for an explanation of this feature, but didnt find a detailed explanation of how to work this feature??? Can N E body please explain to me how to use this feature???? TIA T,

Open the phone
go to menu
setting and tools
tools
name card reader
it takes a picture of the card and extracts info,
it kinda works...takes a couple trys to get the phone to pick up all letters and numbers goos idea, but is faster just to type it in...lol

not really if you use the focus and angle meters on the bottom of the screen it will read any business card. even a hand typed one.

I used it the other day to add new contacts and it worked like a dream.
I would say it is 95% accurate when angle and focus are good but can be a pain if the angle and focus are off.
Remember to always have the focus set to MACRO on the camera do this by setting the slide next to the camera lense to the picture of the flower.
