Is there any way to remove voicemail from my speed dial 1. I hate having voice mail in speed dial. I am capable of dialing *86. Help me please. Thanks!

I actually don't think there is a way to remove it as your speed dial #1. Most phones use it as #1. I think it is a pretty standard feature. If you do figure it out, let me know.

From my review of the 9800 on this site:
1- You can edit the Voice Mail speed dial number. Click on OK/Messaging/Left Soft Key/All Msg/Voice Mail #.

That worked great. I opt to keep 1 my VM, but I added in a couple pauses and my password🙂

added in pauses and a password? Do you have to type in your password now when you call? If not, let me know how you did that!
