Not at all.What you need to do is convert what ever video you have to 3gp format.Once you have done that load it on your mini sd card in the my flix folder.If you dont see that folder you must format the card then transfer the file.Then go to the my flix on the phone and enjoy.I found a great program called SUPER that will make it nice and easy.

thanks, I got a link from here on how to do it, hopefully it'll work for me. I actually have the 8940 with the mini sd and the extension of the videos is .3g2 which i think shouldn't be a problem. I'll be trying it soon. One more question i have is how many minutes can i convert to a 256mb mini sd? They didnt have the 512 or 1gig out back in feb when this phone just came out. When you say 3gp format, are you also refering to the file extension i just mentioned, .3g2? thanks

yes it is the same as 3gp.As far as how long of a video you can put on there depends on the size of the file

thanks, i guess i'll have to try a 30 minute clip first. I happen to have a dvd recorder and when i burn right off the tv, do you happen to know what format it burns to the dvd? Is this super program you have user friendly and can you easily convert from different formats? do you have a link to where i can get it? thanks.
