Camera takes different size pictures...

Has anyone else noticed that if you take a picture with it in "candy bar style," the picture has white lines on the sides of it? Taking a picture in candy bar mode basically makes you take a smaller pic that doesn't even expand itself. If you open the phone to take the pic, it expands to the whole portion... soo if you want to use a pic as a background, make sure you open the phone to take the pic.

Doesn't this seem a bit odd? I mean I use my phone to take quick pictures or pics at the bar... I don't want to have to flip it open every single time to take a full size picture.

Anyone else notice this?

My friend has this phone and I have the 8100. I have a pic stored on my SD card for my front display. When it's on my 8100 it's full screen on the front, but when I put it in her 9800 and use it for wallpaper on the front display those white bars are there?????????????
