Some Cool Tricks with the 9800

All,

Here are some nice tricks to further customize your phone (PS, You do this at your own risk, do not blame me for anything)

1) Customize the HomePage for your Mobile Web
- Go into the Main Menu
- Type 0
- Enter Service code of all 0's (000000)
- Hit 8
- Hit 4
- Type in the new homepage you would like and then hit ok to set. I use mobile.yahoo.com because it provides me with driving directions, movies, sports, new and most importnatly my email (be advised the phone will reset automatically)

2) Accessing Free internet on your phone (this link also includes a How-to on installing a free IM client called Trillian which allows you to send and receive IM's for free.

Has anyone used the Trillian software? Is it worth the 25 bucks for the software you have to buy? Is it free, but uses your minutes like Mobile Web does?

By setting Yahoo as my homepage, I was given the option within Yahoo to set my fonts. This way too cool. Now I can read my freaking e-mails.

under the "data" settings, option 3, it has two settings for DiagBaud: 38,400 and 115,200.

I changed it from 38 to 115. What do you think this is?
