Alert Message Tone

After I make any call, I get an alert from my provider Cingular regarding the balance in my account. I do not want this message to ring or vibrate, unlike the other normal text messages that I receive. I am not able to change this setting on my 6030. In my earlier phone, 6010, this alert was separate from my other text messages and would not ring or vibrate. Any idea how to fix this?
