No longer waterproof

Had all 3 duraforce

I just replaced my Duraforce2 with a Duraforce3 and it went into water (5 -6" deep) and it got water damaged. My old Duraforce phones never had a problem going under water. Is theDuraforce 3 no longer designed to handle water?
