Help for turning on bluetooth with broken screen

I have a Samsung E730 which recently had the screen broken and I need to turn on bluetooth. I am unable to navigate through the visual display and I really need to retrieve my contacts stored on the phone. I would appreciate anyone that has the same phone to give instruction through a keypad sequence to turn bluetooth on again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Menu button(upper left hand button) , 9 , 6 , 1 , ok button(center button in navigation keypad) Hope this helps.
