Nokia 6101 / 6102
volume button problem?
Has anyone had a problem with the volume button on the side of the 6102 becoming 'locked'? Now I cannot adjust the volume at all. I also can't find it in the 'menu' how to adjust the volume either, is there a way to adjust the volume if the button on the side of the phone stops working? How would this be covered for replacement, under warranty or insurance? Has anyone else had or heard of this problem? Thanks for your advice.

I just realized that after about a day of trying to lower the volume, the button only raises it. so my volume is maxed out and i can't lower it. Got this about 4-5 months ago and its been perfect since then. Since its under warranty, wrote nokia and will most likely send it in to get repaired. wish they would send me a 6102i if they can't fix the problem. doubt that will happen.
